HomeWise Agent LLC ("HomeWise Agent") operates the HomeWise Agent service. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect

• Account — email, name, profile details, and subscription status.
• Properties & reminders — addresses, home details, tasks, and notes you save.
• Notification contacts — phone numbers and emails you add to reminders.
• Usage — technical logs and data needed to run and secure the product.
• Payments — billing metadata from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

• Run reminders, Homie, estimates, and other features you use.
• Deliver SMS and email you set up, including STOP and unsubscribe handling.
• Handle billing, support, and security.

Who we share with

We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, database, SMS, email, maps, AI, and payments. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people and the service.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable time after, for billing, security, and legal needs. We use standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

• Edit profile and property data in the app.
• SMS recipients can text STOP to opt out and START to opt back in — see the Messaging Policy.
• Email recipients can use the unsubscribe link in reminder emails.
• Contact us through in-app support for account or data requests.

Children

HomeWise Agent is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy on this page. Important changes may also be shared in the app or by email when appropriate.
