Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are between you and HomeWise Agent LLC ("HomeWise Agent," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

HomeWise Agent helps you track properties, schedule maintenance reminders, see cost estimates, find local pros, and chat with Homie. Features and plans may change over time. We do not guarantee the service will always be available.

Your account

• Keep your account information accurate and your password secure.
• Trial length and plan limits are shown when you sign up and in the app.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are handled by our payment provider. Price, renewal, and cancellation options are shown at checkout and under Profile → Manage billing.

Reminders & messaging

You can send SMS and email reminders to contacts you add. Messages come from HomeWise Agent, not your personal phone or inbox. You are responsible for having permission to contact each person. See the Messaging Policy for how opt-out works.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or illegal use.
• No trying to access other people's data or break the product.
• Reminders, estimates, and Homie answers are informational—not professional legal, financial, or contractor advice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" where the law allows. We do not make warranties beyond what is required.

Limitation of liability

Where the law allows, HomeWise Agent LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability for related claims is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep usingHomeWise Agent after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
